Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 13, 2026 Last Updated: April 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Logiclit Inc. (“Logiclit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Triad mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

2. Our Privacy-First Architecture

Triad is designed with a zero-server, privacy-first architecture. We do not operate backend servers that collect, process, or store your personal data. All user-generated content — including your daily goals, completion history, streak records, preferences, and any personal context you provide — is stored exclusively on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud account managed by Apple.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be explicit: we do not collect, transmit, receive, or have access to any of the following:

  • Your daily goals, commitments, or Triad entries
  • Your completion history, streaks, or analytics data
  • Your personal preferences or settings
  • Your health data from HealthKit
  • Your AI-generated goal suggestions or personal context
  • Your name, email address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information
  • Your location, IP address, device identifiers, or browsing history
  • Any usage analytics, behavioral data, or telemetry

4. Information That May Be Collected by Third Parties

While we do not collect your data, the following third-party services may collect information as part of their standard operations. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

4.1 Apple App Store

When you download Triad from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect download and transaction information, device identifiers, and usage statistics in accordance with Apple’s own Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

4.2 Apple iCloud (CloudKit)

If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Triad data may sync across your Apple devices using Apple’s CloudKit service. This data is stored in your private CloudKit container, encrypted by Apple, and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your CloudKit data.

4.3 Apple Crash Reports

If you have opted in to sharing crash reports and diagnostics with app developers through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share anonymized crash logs and performance data with us solely for the purpose of improving App stability. These reports do not contain your personal data, goals, or health information.

4.4 Cloudflare Web Analytics (Website Only)

Our marketing website at triadhabits.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed with privacy as a core principle:

  • No cookies — no tracking cookies are set on your device.
  • No fingerprinting — your device is not identified or tracked across visits.
  • No personal data — your IP address, name, email, or any personally identifiable information is never collected or stored.
  • Aggregated data only — we see counts of page views, top pages, referring sources, approximate country (not city-level), and Core Web Vitals performance metrics. We cannot identify individual visitors.
  • EU visitor exclusion — the analytics script is not injected for visitors from the European Union, consistent with GDPR principles.

This analytics applies exclusively to our website and has no relationship to the Triad App. The App does not connect to or share data with Cloudflare Web Analytics.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 On-Device Storage

All Triad data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data is protected by your device’s built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID encryption.

5.2 iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is active on your device, your Triad data syncs automatically across your Apple devices through your personal, private iCloud account. This synchronization is managed entirely by Apple, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is subject to Apple’s security measures and Privacy Policy. We have no ability to access, read, modify, or delete your iCloud data.

5.3 No Server-Side Storage

We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure that stores your personal data. There is no Logiclit server to breach.

6. Health Data (HealthKit)

6.1 Scope of Access

If you choose to enable HealthKit integration, the App requests read-only access to specific health data types that correspond to your selected goal types, which may include step count, sleep analysis, exercise minutes, dietary water intake, and mindful session data.

6.2 How Health Data Is Used

Health data is used solely and exclusively to determine whether your configured health thresholds have been met for the purpose of auto-completing HealthKit-linked goals. Health data is read from Apple’s HealthKit framework, evaluated on-device in real time, and immediately discarded after threshold evaluation. Health data is never stored in Triad’s own data store, never written to disk outside of HealthKit, never transmitted over any network, and never shared with any third party for any purpose.

6.3 Compliance with Apple HealthKit Guidelines

In accordance with Apple’s HealthKit guidelines and App Store Review Guidelines, we confirm that we do not sell, share, or disclose HealthKit data to third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers, or analytics services. HealthKit data is not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing the App’s core health-goal auto-completion functionality.

6.4 Revoking HealthKit Access

You may revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Triad). Revoking access will disable auto-completion of health-linked goals but will not affect other App functionality.

7. On-Device AI Features

7.1 How AI Works in Triad

Triad’s AI goal suggestion feature (“Architect AI”) uses Apple’s FoundationModels framework to generate personalized goal recommendations. All AI inference runs entirely on-device using the Apple Neural Engine. No data is sent to any external server, API, or cloud service to generate suggestions.

7.2 AI Data Inputs

The AI feature analyzes your local Triad history (past goals, completion patterns, streak data) stored in SwiftData on your device. This analysis happens entirely on-device, and no input or output data from AI processing is transmitted off your device.

7.3 Device Compatibility

AI features are only available on devices that support Apple Intelligence. On unsupported devices, AI features are hidden entirely and no AI processing occurs.

8. Permissions

The App may request the following device permissions, all of which are optional and revocable:

8.1 Notifications

Used to deliver locally scheduled reminders (morning commit reminders, evening nudges, streak-at-risk alerts, HealthKit auto-completion confirmations). All notifications are generated and scheduled locally on your device. No push notification servers are used.

8.2 HealthKit

Used to read health metrics for goal auto-completion as described in Section 6. Requested only when you first enable HealthKit integration or select a HealthKit-linked goal type.

9. Third-Party Services, Advertising, and Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, tracking pixels, attribution services, crash reporting services (other than Apple’s opt-in system), social media SDKs, or any other third-party code that collects, processes, or transmits your data.

The App contains no advertisements and does not participate in any advertising network.

10. Children’s Privacy

Triad is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal information from any user, this concern is addressed by our architecture. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at privacy@logiclit.com.

11. International Data Considerations

Since all data remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if enabled), there is no cross-border data transfer by Logiclit. Any data synchronization through iCloud is managed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s data handling practices and applicable international data transfer mechanisms.

11.1 European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom

If you are located in the EEA or UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR may apply to you. Because we do not collect, process, or store your personal data on our servers, we do not act as a data controller or data processor with respect to your Triad usage data. Your data remains under your exclusive control on your device and Apple’s iCloud service.

11.2 California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may apply to you. Because we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information as defined under these laws, there is no personal information for us to disclose, delete, or opt you out of selling. You may still contact us at privacy@logiclit.com with any questions.

11.3 Canadian Residents

If you are a Canadian resident, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) may apply. Because we do not collect your personal information, there is no personal information in our possession to access, correct, or delete.

12. Data Deletion and Retention

12.1 Deleting Your Data

Because all data is stored on your device and in your iCloud account, you have complete control over data deletion at all times. To delete your Triad data, you may delete the App from your device, which removes all locally stored Triad data. To also remove iCloud-synced data, navigate to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage and delete Triad data.

12.2 Retention

We do not retain any of your data because we do not collect any of your data. Data on your device persists until you delete it or delete the App.

13. Data Security

While we do not store your data on our servers, we take the security of the App seriously. The App is built exclusively with Apple’s native frameworks and follows Apple’s security best practices. On-device data is protected by iOS encryption. iCloud data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest. No network connections are made to Logiclit servers. On-device AI inference produces no network traffic.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data on your device, which is subject to the security of your device, your passcode, and your iCloud account.

14. Shareable Content

The App allows you to generate and share “Daily Cards” — images of your completed daily goals — through the system share sheet. When you choose to share a Daily Card, you are voluntarily disclosing the content of that card (your goal titles, completion status, streak count, and date) to whichever platform or recipient you select. Logiclit is not responsible for the privacy practices of any platform or service you share content with.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, where practicable, by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

16. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at:

Logiclit Inc. Email: developer@logiclit.com

17. Your Acknowledgment

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand that Triad is designed so that your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account, and that Logiclit does not collect, receive, or have access to your personal data.
